"The first day we were scheduled on the field, we were in the midst of eight days of rain, but because of the surface and the drainage, we played a football game and two soccer games on that day. One of the soccer games was played against an opponent whose field was unplayable, and that was the case at many of the other local athletic fields. I have heard nothing but excitement and satisfaction about the surface from players, coaches and officials, and we are looking forward to taking advantage of the opportunity to use the facility in both good and bad weather."
