A-Turf^® SportTurf-FH™

SportTurf–FH is a conventional synthetic grass system. Its densely tufted fibers and shorter pile height differ substantially from the infill systems. A thick, plush layer of texturized nylon fibers alone form the playing surface. SportTurf–FH is fully adhered to the ECORE™ ShockPad or an elastic layer ShockPad to form a permanent system. Just like the infill systems, field markings can be tufted, inlaid or painted.

A-Turf^® SportTurf-Cushion™

SportTurf–Cushion is a conventional system with a short pile height, narrow gauge (distance between rows) and high stitch rate. A densely constructed synthetic grass results. SportTurf–Cushion is made with polypropylene fibers because of the manufacturing process of applying the secondary backing of urethane foam to the primary backing. This heat process exceeds the melting point of polyethylene fibers. It is commonly used as a portable roll-up system at multi-use indoor facilities, but can be partially or fully adhered as well.
