CORNING COMMUNITY COLLEGE WELCOMES THEIR 2ND A-TURF FIELD

In 2014, A-Turf installed a soccer/lacrosse field for the Corning Community College Red Barons’ Athletic teams. The project was recently expanded to include a new baseball/softball field using the A-Turf® Titan-RS 50 over a 10mm ShockPad.
“We are very pleased with how our project turned out. With limited financial resources, limited space and high facility needs, the multi-purpose field option was perfect for us. We will get maximal usage of this space year-round. This was definitely a big bang for our buck! Our student athletes are so proud of our facilities and recruits can’t wait to play on it. It is our pride and joy and we have enjoyed showing it off to others. Very little maintenance needed compared to natural grass fields and weather used to be our biggest enemy in the Northeast. One big roll of turf solved a lot of our problems!”
